These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and AllEvents.ai ("AllEvents.ai", "AllEvents", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the AllEvents.ai website (the "Site") or any related tools, APIs, or services we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Services for accessing, utilizing, and integrating event data via our API and MCP tools. This license is for both personal and commercial use, provided you comply with these Terms.
These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialise such generated or uploaded content without attribution or royalties to AllEvents.ai, subject to third‑party rights and the restrictions below.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload, and that your content does not infringe any third‑party rights or laws. You remain solely responsible for that content.
Event data provided by the Services is aggregated from various public sources including ticketing sites, venue calendars, and community event listings. While we strive for accuracy and quality, this data is provided for development and production use. You must verify suitability and accuracy for your specific applications.
Data sources used to compile event information may include public event listings, venue websites, ticketing platforms, and community calendars. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable licensing terms or restrictions associated with the underlying data sources.
Event data is processed using automated systems for normalization and deduplication. It is your responsibility to ensure that any event data is fit for your particular purpose, comply with relevant laws (including data protection and privacy regulations), and function correctly in your target applications. AllEvents.ai disclaims all liability arising from your use of event data.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Services (see Privacy Policy). We may analyse anonymised usage patterns to improve event data quality and coverage. Enterprise customers may request specific data handling arrangements.

AllEvents.ai is currently in beta for North America. The Services may change frequently, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality at any time. These updates can result in changes to event data availability or API responses. You are solely responsible for implementing appropriate error handling and caching strategies. AllEvents.ai bears no liability for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or costs (including lost profits or business interruption) resulting from service changes during the beta period.
THE SERVICES (INCLUDING ALL EVENT DATA, API RESPONSES, AND MCP TOOLS) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT EVENT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllEvents.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllEvents.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third‑party rights.
These Terms and your use of AllEvents.ai will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where AllEvents.ai is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
